Launched a demolition work at G residence.

One of our renovation work has started from this week!

The pictures below show the current situation in demolition phase.

After all this demolition work is done, there will be framing and drywall work estimated to start in Feb.

Meanwhile, we are waiting for the appliances to arrive on site too.

Very exciting and cannot wait to see how everything move forward!

本日は、今週からスタートしたリノベーションの近況アップデートをしたいと思います！

上記の写真の通り、現在は解体工事が行われている最中でございます。

その後来月からはフレーミングがドライウォール施工へと流れていきます。

同時に設備機器や商品の到着も待っており、到着次第順番に施工へと取り掛かります。

サッシや床材、建具、バスルームの設備などのリノベーションで、完成がとても楽しみです！

Tatami bed delivery！

Thank you for choosing Sannaka-WEST.

We delivered two tatami beds to our customer's place!

The bed has tatami mat on top of it with natural igusa material. Igusa has its symbolic unique aroma which brings authentic Japanese atmosphere to your room.

This kind of beds are usually used with futon on top when you sleep.

Sannaka-WEST also carries futon sets too which include pillow, bottom mattress, comforter, and all the essential covers.
