baking tips: パン作りの心得

Hello! Yesterday, I went to my boss's house and learned how to bake!!
こんにちは！昨日オーナーのお宅へお邪魔して、パンの焼き方を教えていただきました！

To bake a bread, the most important thing is TIMEING!
パンを作るとき一番大切なのは、タイミングです！

If you forget about timing and do whatever you want, the bread turns bad..
もし時間を計ることを忘れて、好き勝手にやっていたら、パンはまずーくなってしまいます。

so you have to watch out for your bread and keep in mind of Timing!!
なので、ちゃんと時間を計って下さいね！

The procedures was not so complicated but to shape the bread was difficult..
手順はそんなに複雑ではないのですが、パンを成形するときが難しかったです。

But this is what I baked!
これが私が作ったパンです。

It was so delicious! And the clam chowder was super delicious!! I'd like to thank my boss for teaching me how to bake!!
ほんと美味しかったですよ。自分で言うのもなんですけど。。そしてこのクラムチャウダーが激ウマでした！パン作りとレシピを教えてくださった、オーナーに感謝しております！


I heard that baking machine is quite cheap! it's like $20 and you can bake sooo many times! It's a good deal isn't it??
パンをこねる機械がななんと、20ドルぐらいで購入出来るそうです！安いですよね？これは買いですね！

Kamakura-Bori is one of Japanese curving style! 鎌倉彫

Kamakura-bori is a form of lacquerware from of Kamakura, Japan

鎌倉彫りは、日本の鎌倉の漆器としてきています。

It is made by carving patterns in wood then lacquering it with layers of red, blue yellow or other colors.

模様を木で彫だし、赤・青・黄色と漆を塗っていく技法です。。

It is then Polished.

塗った後を磨きます。

We have three diffrent design of Kamakura-Bori mini size drawer

You can use as jewelry box or as you want to use it.

３種類の鎌倉彫りのミニ引出しがありますよ

宝石箱としても使用できますし、あなたの思いのままに使ってください。

We do have Kamakura-Bori Dresser also.

the good fortune cat/ 招き猫

Hello! Today I wanat to talk about Manekineko(Good Fortune cat)
こんにちは！今日は招き猫についてお話したいと思います。

By the way, Do you like cat? I personally love cat! I used have 7 of them.. yea too much. haha Some people don't like cat but if you go to middle east, cat is holy animal and if you come to Japan Cat with its hand up, it can bring you good f0rtune.

ところで、皆さんは猫お好きですか？私は大好きです。昔7匹飼っていました。笑　猫がお好きでない方もいらっしゃいますが、中東に行くと猫は神聖な動物とされていて、日本に来ると招き猫はいい運気を呼び込んでくれる素晴らしい動物とされています。

It is so interesting to discover some countrie's myth isn't it?
いろんな国の神話を知る事は興味深いですね！

As you can see in those pictures, there are so many types of good fortune cat.
この写真でも見れるように、いろんなタイプの招き猫が存在します。
most common one is this MIKE NEKO( one with brown dots)
一番一般的なのは、三毛猫です。
And one in white, black and gold!
そして、白、黒、金色とあります。

so what the colour means? does it mean something?
色はどんな意味があるのでしょうか？

Yes! Colour is very important for this good fortune cat.
実は招き猫にとって色はとても重要なのです！

black:protect from evil.
黒：厄除け

white:money
白：金運

gold:more money
金：もっと金運

even the sex of the cat does matter in this misterious good fortune world!
そしてなんと、猫の性別まで関係しているのです！


Male:bring you happiness and money
オス：福とお金を招く

Female:bring you people and customers.
メス：人とお客を招く

Also, watch out for the cats hands,, because right and left hands means something too!
そして、猫の手に注目してください！右手と左手にも意味があるんですよ！

If the cat's right hand is up.. it bring you money
もし猫の右手が挙がっていたら、、お金を招く

If the cat's left hand is up.. it bring you people...
もし猫の左手が挙がっていたら、、人を招く


ugh so much to remember! but it is good to know right? If you have one then please check what your cat bringing into your house!

この鯉は、日本の囲炉裏やかまど（火）の上に吊り下げたもの

The center of a traditional Japanese home was the Irori or the KAMDO- the fireplace in the middle of the room.

Sorry for the late up date.. Today I would like to tell you about Las Vegas show!
アップデートが遅くなってすみません。今日はラスベガスショーについて書きたいと思います。

There is Much more than gambling in Las vegas. Have you ever been to World market center? It is Huge!! you can't imagine how big it is! we uploaded picture before but check this out! you can see tiny people here..!
ラスベガスにはギャンブルのほかにもたくさんありますよ！みなさんはワールドマーケットセンターをご存知ですか？建物は巨大です！以前にも写真を載せましたが、こちらを見てみてください。人がちっちゃーくなってますよね！？




In the show we had our own booth and many buyers were stopped by!
このショーでは私たちは、ブースをだして、たくさんのバイヤーさんが来てくださいました！

We sold some items at the show. It was so nice experience to be participated and we learnt a lot of lessons to have business in main land!
ショーではいくつかのアイテムを販売しました。ショーに参加した事で、アメリカ本土でのビジネスを成功させるためのとてもよい経験になりました！！

I personaly learnt that people in mainland talk really fast!!! So I have to get used to this speed!
自分自身がこのショーに参加して学んだ事は、アメリカ本土の人はとっても早く喋るという事です！でも慣れなければいけませんね。。

Anyway, It was a big step for us to have business in Main land! In order to success in this business, I need your help.
この経験は本土でビジネスをするための大きな一歩となりました。成功する為に皆さんのお力が必要です。
