日本では桜の開花宣言が始まりました！
桜の開花は、全国にある観測地点で定めた「標準木」(主にソメイヨシノ）の状態を見て、
その木に５、６輪花が咲けば「開花」と発表しています。

先日もホノルルのお客様の寝室を和室へ改装するお見積りとプレゼンテーションをおこないました。まずはお客様のご自宅へ伺い、寸法を測ります。

First, go to custamer home and measure the dimensions.

 さて、現在のハワイと言えば 2012年に発表された『カカアコ再開発プロジェクト』。
 ワードセンターを中心とし、ダウンタウンの東側からアラモアナセンターの西側までを高層コンドや施設が続々と建設されるプロジェクトです。 都心住居の需要を満たし、建設業界以外の他業界の雇用数の増加や経済効果の影響が期待されます。現在も続々とコンドミニアムが完成しています。 ２０２５年にはホノルル市営鉄道『ホノルル・レイル・トランジット』が開通予定！ より活気あふれるホノルルになるので、非常に楽しみです！
Well, speaking of current Hawaii… KAKAAKO Redevelopment Project announced in 2012. It is a project where high-rise condos and facilities will be built one after another from the east side of downtown to the west side of Ala Moana Center, centering on the ward center. It is expected to meet the demand for housing in central Tokyo, and to increase employment numbers from other industries besides the construction industry and to have an economic impact. Condos are being completed one after another. The Honolulu Municipal Rail "Honolulu Rail Transit" is scheduled to open in 2025! I am looking forward to becoming a more vibrant Honolulu!
